When can I hire the hall?
We are open for hire 16:15-20:45 Monday to Friday.
Please be aware our office hours are different to the hours the venue is available to hire. Our offices are open 09:00-17:30 Monday to Friday to take enquiries and answer your questions.
Can I book an event or party?
Unfortunately we are not able to accommodate events or children's parties at this venue. Visit the BookingsGuru website to find another venue nearby.
Can I booking during school holidays?
Unfortunately this venue is not available for hire during school holidays and we are closed on Bank Holidays. Visit the BookingsGuru website to find another venue nearby.
Is there parking on site?
There are over 80 spaces available in the car park for hirers to use.
Can I view the venue before booking?
Yes, you can arrange a viewing of the venue and space you are interested in hiring before you make a booking. Contact Us or fill in the enquiry form below and we will arrange everything for you with the site team.
Will I be asked for documents before booking?

What happens when I arrive on site?
Once you have made a booking at Havelock Academy and you arrive on site, you can head straight to your booked space in the sports block by the car park.
